No Sugar – No Cream
I’ve been slowly weaning myself from sugar and half-and-half (or any coffee whitening agent), mostly for the general health benefits of consuming no dairy, soy or processed sugar.
There was only one coffee I could stand to drink black, a Seluesi peaberry by Peet’s Coffee & Tea. This adventure into drinking coffee black will be an interesting one. Ever since I was a kid I have always liked my coffee sweet and creamy, something which my father and brother loved to tease me about. We’ll see how this experiment goes.
